Dear Skin

In a letter to her skin, Tessa Schiethart speaks to her body about the social perception when looking different than the norm, about seeing and being seen and her path from disconnection to her body to full embodiment of her own unique being.

Tessa Schiethart is a writer, coach and public speaker who stands up against lookism (discrimination based on looks) and advocates the importance of self-acceptance. We collaborated on this project to visualise the power of mind-body connection into a poetic and intimate conversation with her skin.
